Lumina LeBlanc, 90, of Memramcook Est, passed away at the Dr. Georges-L. Dumont Hospital on Thursday, July 5, 2001 after a brief illness. Born in Memramcook Est, she was the daughter of the late Onésime Landry and the late Gnéreuse LeBlanc.

Lumina Landry She attended Notre-Dame-de-Lourdes Roman Catholic Church and was a member of Mouvement des Femmes Chrétiennes, Légion de Marie, Charismatique.

She is survived by five daughters, Ena (Léo) Saulnier, Memramcook est, Bernice ((late Ronald) LeBlanc, Scoudouc, Rose-Ella (Léonard) Melanson, Memramcook West, Aurore (Roger) Arsenault, Dieppe, Alfreda (Charles-Edouard) LeBlanc, Memramcook Est; one son, Rhéal (Annette) LeBlanc, Memramcook Est; three sisters, Aurore (late Blair) Belliveau, College-Bridge, Violette (Gillis) LeBlanc, Memramcook Est, Stella (late Claude) Bourque, St-Joseph; 12 grandchildren, Jolyne, Joël, Nathalie, Isabelle, Bobby, Michel, Carol, Christine, Mathieu, Nicole, Chantal, Stéphane; six great grandchildren, Danika, Alexandre, Jérémie, Sébastien, Philippe, Cedric; several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her husband, Alfred H. LeBlanc in 1944 at the age of 40; sisters, Loretta Landry, Florine Saulnier, Yvonne Dupuis; brothers, Blair, Emile, Onésime, Léo Landry.

Remains resting at Dupuis Funeral Home with the Funeral service at Notre Dame de Lourdes Roman Catholic Church on Saturday, July 7, 2001 at 11:30 a.m., Father Yvon LeBlanc officiating. Interment in Parish Cemetery.
